Qian, le Dauphin, heir to the throne of the Shadow Empire. His origins date back only a short time to his birth in Paris about 2 years ago. Born of the magical union of two Vampires, he is not human but pure Vampire. After the Emperor rescued him from the corruption of his birth parents, he was officially adopted and received not only the Loong name, but the egg of his Sire as well. Now become full fledged Vampyri he is a dedicated Necromancer and servant of the Emperor. Possessing both the naivity of a bizarre yet alien youth and the cold calculated focus of a Vampyri Lord, Qian is best suited to replace Xian as Emperor when the time comes. Earlier this year, Qian met and embraced his exact though unrelated twin, Rohan. Rohan, born pre-embrace to a Gangrel Father, is quiet and reserved yet as Qian's Childer he possesses the strength of blood and conviction to take his place as Consort to le Dauphin. It is often difficult to tell the two apart, except through demanor, definately a Prince and his Pauper.
