#Club Vampire on Sorcerynet IRC is an FFRP channel devoted to the genre of Modern Gothic Horror. We accept characters based on this genre guideline. If your character is dark and horror based we welcome you to talk to one of our Ops(@) about it and join us. While loosely based on the World of Darkness ( ™ of White Wolf) we strive through the history of our channel to present something unique. As such, a variation of the original story has developed into what is now Club Vampire and the Shadow Empire. We recomend you carefully view this site before play and familiarize yourself with the setting. Also offered are several links above that will guide the newcomer to tutorials on FFRP and Netiquette. These are highly recommended also for Newbies and Experienced players alike. The most important quality we strive for is fun within the game, our Rules section has been designed to help facilitate this end. Please familiarize yourself with them and help to add to the enjoyment of the game for All of us. The last point of note is to parents and the easily offended. In Club Vampire there are several themes which may be viewed as mature and certain themes make this channel and its affiliated links R-Rated. The Club Vampire is a salon setting, familiar to its patrons, it is often visited by many of the creatures of the night that dwell in Marseille The setting is basically your typical Goth Club as pictured, a map can be viewed as well at the link below. Chang the bartender, is an ancient looking toothless Chinese man and is happy and sometimes witty whilest serving drinks. Listen to him he offers sometimes sound advice. As described above, the Club Vampire is dark and loud, giving privacy and its nature allows some leniancy in the secrecy normally required by the monsters that inhabit this place.

Marseille, The Domain and it's Structure

Marseille was taken by Xian Li Loong as his capital city. Though his empire spreads to many places across the earth, it is Marseille where he has his Summer Palace. The Domain Government was recently appointed to Rahim, a long time personage often seen in Paris. He was directly appointed by the Emperor as detailed in the Imperial Declaration dated May 23, 2002 which stated:

" It is hereby declared that Rahim is named Prince of Marseille. Be it known that he has been found worthy and capable and by order of His Imperial Majesty Xian I, is now Your Prince. "

In another Declaration dated a scant few weeks later, on June 16, 2002, The Emperor publicly stated: "It is wiith regret that we accept the reisgnation of Rahim from his position of Prince. As a result of obligations to his Bloodline Rahim is forced to leave Our service. the position of Prince in Marseille is once again available."

Declaration dated Jun 30, 2002: "We hereby place Nathan Mc'Cloud in the position of Prince of Marseille. It is our fervant hope that His Majesty, the Prince can bring security and structure to Marseille and hold it long into the future.."
